How do you travel with many kids?
In April, I am going to Bahamas with my 5 kids. At that time, my triplets will be 7 months. My twins will be 3 1/2. Any tips for traveling? That includes packing, airport, airplane, hotel room, island, etc. I don't want stupid answers. We are going to go on a nice family vacation! Yes, I did say I was pregent with them a month ago because I didn't want people saying "Well why aren't you with them right now." or "Why didn't you plan that a while ago." Well, anyway it doesn't matter to me. I have to get up early tomorrow so goodnight to you! Yes, I have thought about hiring a friend to come with us. I'm definitely going to think more about it tonight!

- nyquil lots of it
- Airport: I'd say leash for the 3 year old; gives them freedom but you can keep them from running away in a crowded airport. My three year old took off while in an airport, I had two others in a double stroller and my husband was in the bathroom, this was the most terrifying ten minutes of my life. Besides dogs are in strollers now. I'd also recommend two backpacks. Your hubby can have one and you the other and a double stroller for the extra 7mo. old and for the three year old when she tires. Airplane: ask for seats that do not have anyone in front of you. They can kick all they want without disturbing anyone. Take lots of snacks, drinks and toys. Distribute them slowly. I'd bring a portable video player for the older child. If all else fails, talk to your doctor about giving them benedryl. Hotel room: ask for a room on the first floor and next to the laundry room. You don't have to worry about the noise your children will make disturbing others. Island: that's the easy part...sunblock and bathing suits. Food: try to eat breakfast in your room, unless it's included. Have picnics for lunch and try kid-friendly restaurants for dinner. Good luck and have fun.
- Easy - you won't have any kids with you. You were pregnant with triplets a months ago. To wit: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AnMpBDq99jPzH6eMX5RbGDnty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20080107134431AAmrnQq) So there's no way you could have 4 - month - olds now. Have fun on your imaginary trip with your invisible family, though. "I'm pregant with triplets and already have twins (aged 2). I am so worried, stressed, etc. I know I'm going to be okay as far as money is but I have a new stress to deal with each week. This week it's decorating. Does anyone have tips on raising multiples? This week my stress is the room situation. Does anyone have 15 minutes to e-mail me back and forth (my girls are going to be waking up soon from their nap) quickly about bedroom decorating? Thanks in advance. E-mail me at casey_x27@yahoo.com" * 1 month ago Oh yes, that would be SO believable. But alas, I wasn't born yesterday. You know, there's a site called Neopets for kids your age. Go play on there instead.
- I have 3 kids and they are 4 3 and 1. I always make sure that they have there own back packs w/snacks in it so they are happy. Cause a happy child is a happy mommy! Oh and make sure that your husband helps you with the kids he has the twins and you have the triplets. And then take turns he has the triplets and u have the twins. And the best thing to do is to keep them happy so they wont start to cry cause man that sucks! hope it works.
- It was worth it for me to hire a nanny to go on the trip for a grand motherly person to watch over your children while you can focus more on planning activitys while the nanny keeps the kids entertained and helping with packing in return for a small wage and expenses paid room and food
