Where to buy cute bright colored kids room decor on a budget?

I am having trouble locating accent lamps, throw pillows, etc for a girls Pink and Green polka dot room, any suggestions? I am working on a budget, so any cheap decor would be great To clarify I have already made my daughters Polka dot bedding set. I also made matching curtains. I am looking for accent lamps with the base being pink or green, I will apply fabric to the shade to coordinate. I am looking for some bright loud color accent pillows also.

1. It's unlikely you'll find pink and green polka dots in any sort of mainstream commercial setting for decor items cheap. I suggest making your own. Buy fabric for curtains and pillow covers, paint a white lampshade with your color and pattern. You could also do some fun things with "fake" painted on wainscoting. Then select other items in pink and green with textures/patterns that tie in with your custom made items.
2. K Mart,Target and Wal Mart are all good sources to get these items at inexpensive prices. If they are still too high for you, try shopping in Thrift or consignment stores for more economy selections. Often you can find designer items in good conditions at economy prices.
